Air Fryer Breaded Fish Fillets Recipe
Delicious cooked in our EK2817 Compact Air Fryer
Ingredients
100g cod fillets
40g breadcrumbs
1 large egg, beaten
2 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Step 1: Add the flour to a bowl and coat the cod fillets.
Step 2: In another bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, basil, salt and pepper.
Step 3: Dip the fillets in the beaten egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 4: Spray the fish with oil on all sides, then place in a 190°C air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
