Mushroom Omelette Recipe
Omelettes made easy with our Electric Omelette Maker
3 mushrooms, finely sliced
1 slice ham, roughly chopped
Splash of semi-skimmed milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
Step 1: Preheat the omelette maker.
Step 2: Once the indicator light has switched off, lightly spray the non-stick cooking plates with oil.
Step 3: Add the sliced mushrooms, cook for approximately 3-4 minutes, until softened, and add the ham for one minute.
Step 4: In a bowl, beat the two eggs and a splash of semi-skimmed milk
Step 5: Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6: Pour the omelette mixture over the mushrooms and ham, splitting it evenly between the two non-stick cooking plates.
Step 7: Close the lid and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes, until fluffy.
