#### Scratched handles

Purchase the shallow cast iron pot and the 24 cm pot. When they arrived, both of the boxes were torn and gold handles came completely scratched. Contacted customer service and asked if t replacement handles could be sent as the pots were fine and not damaged. I was told this option was not available and pots would need to be sent back which is a highly inconvenient process. The pots are large and heavy weight. I was told by customer service. I will have to wait for the pots to be returned and then await new ones to be re-sent (dependant on stock levels) with no guarantee the handles would not be scratched on the new ones. Costumer service has also been poor with live chat being unavailable for days.
