### Customer feedback
#### good and bad
Rating: 3/5
Reviewer: Robert R.
The main problem is using the functions, if i look at it or touch any part the unit changes, when i want to reset the weight or start the timer it might take two or three attempts to get it to work, the silcon matt is loose and annoying as it always moves

#### It's neat in size. However
Rating: 2/5
Reviewer: OSADHI B.
It's neat in size. However I find the "buttons" to operate it hard to see as the back lighting is too subtle. They also need a particular pressure of touch so I find myself having to tap repeatedly. I wish I had returned it but missed the window.

#### Really poor. Touch buttons constantly
Rating: 1/5
Reviewer: Ben R.
Really poor. Touch buttons constantly get pressed accidentally - Far too sensitive. The weight changes when I sit them on my espresso machine. All round a very poor product
