I cooked roast lamb roast vegetables and roast potatoes in it yesterday. Everything was delicious. Never used foil on lamb the self basting lid works. Would recommend. I used one of these 40 years ago and thought I would go back to try now. So pleased I did. Easy to clean just let it soak in hot water with a drop of washing up liquid then wash.
