## Product description

There's nothing quite like a perfectly roasted dinner, and this Salter 38 cm Self-Basting Roaster makes it easy to achieve succulent meats and vegetables every time! It's made of strong vitreous enamel coated steel, so it's not only durable but also PFAS-free for your peace of mind. It is dishwasher safe for an easy clean and oven safe up to 230°C, and with the fitted lid, you can rely on this roasting tin to lock in the moisture of your beef or chicken, for tasty meals for the whole family. 38 CM ROASTING TIN: This Salter Self-Basting Roaster has an oval shape, ideal for larger dishes like whole chickens and turkeys, and makes it easy to achieve the perfect roast dinner for deliciously moist and juicy meat every time! SELF-BASTING: So, what is ‘self-basting’? This means that the roasting tin comes with a special, fitted lid that collects all the juices and moisture, and allows them to fall back onto the meat, for perfectly tender roasts or casseroles! PFAS-FREE VITREOUS ENAMEL: The enamel coating is PFAS-free so you don’t need to worry about chemicals getting into your food and is more durable than other coatings so you can cook at higher temperatures. OVEN SAFE UP TO 230°C: This roaster can be used in ovens up to 230°C for more versatility when cooking. The roasting dish is designed with side handles so you can easily remove it from the oven, and the lid prevents splashes to keep your oven clean. DISHWASHER SAFE: Perfect for a quick and effortless clean, this steel roaster is dishwasher safe, but can also be easily hand washed after the cooking is finished!

I ordered the "Salter Vitreous Enamel Roasting Tin" and was surprised on opening to find that it is branded as a Russell Hobbs item? It looks okay, was well packaged, but have yet to try it out.
