I have used all three types of mixing for small batches of upto 1-1.2kg. So far it’s good. No issues. I only fear ,hooks are of plastic.

Really good product for the price. I love the safety feature of having to twist the knob back to 0 then to the desired level of mixing, it just helps enforce safety and prevents mess everywhere. I love that I can leave the mixing spatulas in the bowl for storage, it helps especially because my kitchen is small. I love the price for what you get, it is great and affordable. My cakes have been amazing. I just wish the bowl had a handle, it would make it easier to take off. I have purchased salter products from lidl before their guarantee is always reliable, hence why i did not hesitate to purchase.

First recipe was bread, and it coped fine with the dough hook, took me a min to figure out how to insert and remove the whisk etc but got the hang of it, the stainless steel bowl is a good size and easy clean, a recipe book with it would have been nice , but plenty online to be found
