Do you offer free delivery?

To thank you for choosing to shop direct from Salter, we offer free standard delivery on all orders over £15.
If you would like your order sooner, we offer next working day delivery for just £3.99.

  • Free standard delivery is applied on all orders above £15.
  • Orders below £15 are subject to a £3.75 shipping charge for standard delivery.
  • Please note that orders containing multiple or large items may be split into separate parcels, and arrive at different times.
  • Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving full payment.

Next Day Delivery

Next day Delivery*

  • Next day delivery shipping is available at a cost of £3.99.
  • Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday will be delivered on the next working day*.
  • Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday and over the weekend are not eligible for Next Day Delivery.
  • Orders placed on UK Bank Holidays may be delivered two working days later.
  • Please note that orders containing multiple or large items may be split into separate parcels, and arrive at different times.

*We cannot guarantee next day delivery. Please consult your tracking information for potential delays.
We reserve the right to remove this Next Day Delivery service at any time and for any reason, without prior notice to you.

Why do you require a contact number for delivery?

Providing a phone number ensures that the courier can contact you with updates regarding the delivery of your order. This also provides a way for the courier to contact you should they encounter any issues at the point of delivery. We will never use this to send you marketing messages.

How do I track my delivery?

Most orders will be dispatched using Yodel and you will be advised by email once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided.

Delivery Problems

We will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred through incorrect delivery addresses being provided, as these items may need to be re-delivered.

If an item is not available due to stock shortages, we will offer a full refund or where possible an alternative product.

Can I return an item I no longer need?

If you find that you no longer need the item, you have the option to refuse delivery or simply notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

After letting us know, you have another 14 days to send the item/s back to us. A refund will only be provided if reasonable care has been taken to ensure we receive the returned item.

3. Print your label at home or print in store option available

4: Drop off at your local Yodel store and get a receipt.

Can I return a faulty item?

If your item is faulty or develops a fault within the time period stated under Warranties & Guarantees, we will pay reasonable costs for the goods to be returned. Please contact us in advance regarding our returns procedure as refunds cannot be processed without the correct information being provided.

Reasonable care must be taken to ensure the returned goods are not damaged in transit and proof of postage must be obtained.

In the event that we cannot provide an exact replacement, a similar product will be offered. If we cannot provide an exact or similar replacement, a full refund will be offered.

Any damages from day to day wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee. If an item is not available due to stock shortages we will offer a full refund or an alternative product. If an alternative product is purchased but you decide you wish to return it, Salter will pay reasonable costs of returning the product.

Warranties & Guarantees

All products listed as new carry a manufacturer's guarantee; the time period of the guarantee will be different for each product. Salter will provide a standard 12 month guarantee on all purchases.

If you purchased your Salter product at a retailer or other marketplace, the first 12 months guarantee is honoured by the retailer. To take advantage of our free extended guarantee policies, please register via our guarantee Form within 30 days of purchase. Extended guarantee varies per product type, please consult the packaging for more details.
