On Thursday 30th November 2023, Ultimate Products issued a product recall notice on the DC Adaptor [BS, 3-PIN, DC Adaptor Model Number: TYBSDC1400500] which is supplied with the Salter Hand Vacuum Cordless.

This defect affects all UK & Ireland adaptors supplied since: Jan 2020.
