I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not much of a baker, so I was a bit apprehensive using this for the first time to make brownies, but they turned out great! While the instructions were clear, it’s so easy to use the machine that you don’t really need them. It’s a simple plug and play - it starts heating up as soon as it’s plugged in and quickly reaches temperature. My brownies were ready in around 20 minutes, didn’t stick to the surface at all, and were baked perfectly, all without having to worry about harmful chemicals getting onto my food. I’m really excited to try out other recipes, especially healthier options. I also liked how Salter provides a few recipes to help get you started. After I ate the delicious brownies and the machine had cooled down, I wiped over it to clean off any crumbs and it was quickly placed away in the cupboard. It’s compact and has grooves which allow you to wrap the wire around the bottom, so you can store it neatly which I like. I initially thought that not having a temperature control would be a downside for me, but if anything it reduced the mental load of worrying about having it set properly for best results. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family!
