Excellent experience, found exactly what I needed. The price was excellent and free postage on such a low price. The two items were very well packaged and arrived within a couple of days of ordering of ordering. They were exact replacement for the air fryer and it looks like new again so thank you and would recommend ordering directly from Salter.

Perfect replacements drawer and basket. Very good value for money. Most companies charge nearly as much for replacement parts as they do for a completely new product.
