It works fantastic. I have used all sorts of electric & traditional raclette & fondue devices over the years due to having Swiss heritage. This is compact for storage and very practical for entertaining. Really impressed at the price point.

They forgot to include fondue forks and Customer Support would only send a new unit out and not just the forks, which was annoying. . . Otherwise it works well!

This was advertise as having recipes on the website. After contacting customer service they told me to look at grill recipes! Obvioulsy I can buy a book from Amazon but why not tell the truth in the first place.
