The original plates have lost some of their non stick coating. Pleased to be able to obtain replacement plates at a fair price rather than throwing away the whole unit. Good service from Salter. Just disappointed they were required after a relatively short life.

Salter were very helpful with sorting out the parts I required and even though they were awaiting a parts delivery the parts arrived very quickly, and I am very pleased with the replacements.
