Beef and Horseradish Pizza Recipe
Cooks to perfection in our EK4923 Pizza Oven
Ingredients
140g grated mozzarella cheese 115g Sicilian style sausage, thinly sliced 70g thinly sliced Italian beef 55g cream cheese 55g provolone cheese 15g red pepper, sliced 7g horseradish 1 ½ tsp finely chopped chives Garlic oil Small handful of Fontina cheese, shaved
Method
Step 1: In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese until fluffy, then whisk in the horseradish and set aside
Step 2: Roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and top with the provolone and mozzarella, leaving a 2 ½ inch border
Step 3: Arrange the beef, sausage, and red pepper on top and then slide the pizza onto the pizza stone and bake for 1 minute or until the crust is browned, rotating 180° halfway through cooking
Step 4: Once cooked, remove from the pizza oven and garnish with dollops of the horseradish cream cheese, chives, Fontina and dried oregano and drizzle with garlic oil
