Cheesy Baked Veg

For the veg
400g chopped green vegetables
60ml milk
30g grated cheese
1 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp smoked garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

For the topping
60ml milk
60g grated cheese
1 tsp cream cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste


Step 1: Preheat your oven to 200°C
Step 2: Add your cream cheese, grated cheese, milk, garlic powder and mustard to a wok and simmer on medium heat until your cheese is melted, and the sauce has slightly thickened
Step 3: Meanwhile, chop your vegetables, then add them to the wok and allow to shrink down, and, once the veg has softened, add to a baking dish and set aside
Step 4: Add all the ingredients for your topping, minus 30g of cheese, to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 1 minute, until thickened
Step 5: Pour the sauce over the vegetables, top with the remaining grated cheese, and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden
