Greek Side Salad

Ingredients

Salad leaves of choice
Half a tub of cherry tomatoes halved
Pitted olives
100g Feta cheese
½ red onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper

Method

Step one: finely chop all your veg and pre wash your salad leaves
Step two: add to a large bowl and season with oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice
Step three: scatter the feta over the salad
Step four: toss until combined
Step five: serve with warm pitta and enjoy!
