Mini Nutella Cups Recipe

Ingredients

100g Nutella
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp icing sugar
½ tsp vanilla
150g dark chocolate
100g milk chocolate

Method

Step one: beat Nutella, honey, icing sugar, vanilla and salt.
Step two: roll into equal balls and flatten into a disk.
Step three: freeze for 10-15 minutes.
Step four: melt the chocolate.
Step six: in a small tray add a tsp of melted chocolate, place a Nutella disk on top and divide the rest of the chocolate to top.
Step seven: leave to cool and harden.
