Ingredients

245g tomato pizza sauce 140g mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced 115g Sicilian style sausage 55g ricotta cheese 30g pepperoni, sliced 5 roasted garlic cloves Oil from roasted garlic cloves

Method

Step 1: Roll the dough out until it is about 12 inches wide, then add the passata to the middle of the pizza and spread out evenly using the back of a spoon Step 2: Arrange the mozzarella on top, 6 slices around the outside and 1 slice in the centre, leaving a 2 ½ inch border around the edge Step 3: Arrange the pepperoni slices, sausage slices, and ricotta cheese evenly Step 4: Scatter the garlic cloves on top and drizzle with some of the garlic oil Step 5: Slide the pizza onto the pizza stone and bake the pizza for one minute or until the pizza crust is browned, rotating it 180 ° halfway through cooking Step 6: Once cooked, remove from the pizza oven and finish with a dusting of oregano, parmesan and a drizzle of garlic oil
