Passion Fruit Martini

Make delicious cocktails in our EK5245 Mixologist Cocktail Making set.

Ingredients

60ml vanilla vodka
30ml passoa
2 passion fruits, halved
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp sugar syrup
Prosescco, to serve

Method

Step 1: Add the inside of one passion fruit into the Mixologist Cocktail Shaker and add the vodka, gpassoa, lime juice and syrup with a handful of ice. Shake well, until the shaker feels cold.
Step 2: Using the Mixologist cocktail strainer, strain into glasses and top with half a passion fruit. Serve with a shot of prosecco.
