Super Cheesy Dip Recipe

Perfectly cooked in our EK3661 Aerocook Pro

Ingredients

10 sausages, chopped

1 white onion, diced

1 red pepper, diced

120g cream cheese

125g mature cheddar

250g Monterey Jack cheese

55g sour cream

1 green chilli, finely chopped​

1 red chilli, finely chopped

1 tsp olive oil

Method

Step 1: Heat up the olive oil in a frying pan, then add the sausages, onion, pepper, and chillis and cook until the sausages are browned

Step 2: Add the cream cheese to a bowl, then add the browned sausage mixture, cheddar, and Monterey Jack and mix with a wooden spoon

Step 3: Add the sour cream and mix, then add the mixture to a casserole dish

Step 4: Grill the dip for 5-10 minutes until golden and serve with tortilla chips
