Japanese Style Fried Chicken Recipe

6 cream crackers
1 skinless chicken breast fillet
1 garlic clove
1 medium egg
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp dry parsley
Plain flour
½ lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste


Step 1: Peel the garlic and zest the lemon, then add this to a food processor with the butter, parsley, salt and pepper and process until the mixture is very fine
Step 2: Sprinkle the flour onto a second plate, then crack the eggs into a small bowl to beat with a fork
Step 3: Cut the chicken breast into 2cm pieces, then roll the chicken pieces in the flour until all sides are completely coated then dip them into the egg, and finally the crumbs`
Step 4: Spray the chicken on all sides with oil and place them into a 200
°C air fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is golden and crisp
