Air Fryer Onion Rings Recipe


32g all-purpose flour
1 large onion
80ml buttermilk
Salt and pepper, to taste


Step 1: Wash, peel, and cut the onions into 5mm thick rounds, then separate the rounds into rings.
Step 2: In a wide bowl or plate, season the flour with salt and pepper, then dip the onion rings in the flour so they are fully coated and shake off any excess flour.
Step 3: Dip the onion rings in the buttermilk until fully coated then place them in a 200
°C air fryer and cook for 5-8 minutes until golden brown.
