Salmon Croquettes Recipe

Ingredients

1 tin pink salmon, drained
80g flour

45g breadcrumbs
1 tbsp juice from drained salmon
1 medium egg
1/2 chopped spring onion
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Black pepper, to taste

Method

Step 1: In a bowl, mix together the salmon and egg, then stir in the flour, pepper, onions, and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 2: Mix the baking powder and salmon juice and beat until foamy, then pour it into the salmon mixture and mix with a fork.
Step 3: Form the mixture into croquette shapes and cover with breadcrumbs.
Step 4: Spray with oil and cook in a 200°C air fryer for 15-18 minutes until golden.
