Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

150g milk chocolate, broken into pieces
1 chocolate cake mix (8-12 portions)
3 eggs
250 ml water
70ml vegetable oil

Method

Step 1: Using a stand mixer or an electric hand whisk - combine the chocolate, cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil and water together in a large bowl.
Step 2: Divide the cake mixture between the two cooking plates.
Step 3: Cook for 7-8 minutes.
Step 4: Repeat with the remaining chocolate cake mixture.
Step 5: Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
