Beer Bread:

384g flour

3 tsp baking powder

50g sugar

1 can of beer

113g butter, melted


Step one: Pre-heat oven to 180C and butter your loaf tin.

Step two: Sift flour into a bowl and add sugar, baking powder, beer and most of the melted butter, leaving a little bit for the top of the bread.

Step three: Mix together until combined.

Step four: Spoon the mixture into the loaf pan and top with left over butter.

Step five: Bake for 55-60 minutes.

Step six: Leave to rest in the loaf pan for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
