Caramelised Peaches on Toast Recipe

2 peaches
1 tbsp sugar/sweetener of choice
Splash of water
1 piece of toast

For the topping:
3-4 tbsp plain yoghurt
Syrup of choice or granola to top


Step one: Slice your peaches in half. Remove the pip, then chop into bitesize pieces
Step two: Add to a small saucepan on medium-low heat, followed by your sugar/ sweetener and a splash of water
Step three: Cover with a lid, and allow to cook for 5-10 mins, stirring occasionally, until the skins start to detach from the peaches
Step four: Once they’re soft, toast your bread
Step five: Add a couple of tbsp yogurt to your bread, spread over, then top with a couple of tbsp of your caramelised peaches, and a sprinkle of granola

(Keep the rest of the peaches in an airtight container for up to 1 week)
