Cheesy Garlic Bread Recipe

Delicious cooked in our EK4923 Pizza Oven 

Ingredients

Parmesan cheese, grated Mozzarella cheese, grated 2 garlic cloves, crushed 2 tbsp salter butter, softened Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Step 1: Mix the garlic and butter in a bowl, then spread this on top of the rolled-out pizza dough and sprinkle on Parmesan, Mozzarella, salt and pepper to taste
Step 2: Slide the pizza onto the pizza stone and bake for 1 minute or until the pizza crust is browned, turning it 180° halfway through cooking
