Chicken Fajita Panini Recipe

Ingredients:

2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion granules
1 tsp oregano
Chicken breast
Chopped peppers
Panini
Salsa
Cheddar cheese

Method:

Step 1: Add spiced to a bowl and mix
Step 2: Sprinkle spice mix over the chicken breast and peppers and mix to cover
Step 3: Grill chicken and peppers for 5 minutes on each side
Step 4: Warm the Panini on the grill and add chicken and cooked peppers
Step 5: Drizzle salsa and cheese onto the inside of the Panini
Step 6: Add the top of the Panini and use the grill to press and cook
Step 7: Grill until warmed through
