Chicken Fried Rice Recipe
Fried to perfection in our Frying Pans
Ingredients
900g cooked rice
350g chicken breast
120g carrot
120g onion
5 spring onions
25ml Soy Sauce
25ml Sesame Oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 Chicken Stock Pot
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Diced Garlic
Method
Step 1: Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan, then add two eggs to the hot oil and scramble them.
Step 2: Once scrambled, add the chicken breast to the pan and cook through
Step 3: Dice the carrots and onions finely and add them to the pan, cooking until the onions go translucent
Step 4: Add the cooked rice, salt, and pepper and make sure everything is mixed well in the pan.
Step 5: Add the stock pot and butter and stir until the butter is fully melted, then add the spring onions and stir them through.
Step 6: Finally, add the diced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil and stir everything together
Step 7: Top with a few spring onions and serve
