Chocolate Chip Pizza Recipe

Cooked to perfection in our EK4923 Pizza Oven

Ingredients

For the chocolate spread 230g cream cheese 60g chocolate chips 4 tbsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the streusel topping 75g granulated sugar 47g all-purpose flour 2 tbsp butter, melted 2 tbsp brown sugar ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Method

Step 1: Spread half the chocolate chips over the pizza dough
Step 2: Heat the cream cheese up until it is just melted, then add 4 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp vanilla and stir well, then pour this mixture over the pizza dough and top with the remaining chocolate chips
Step 3: For the streusel, combine the flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl, then add the melted butter and vanilla extract and combine using a fork
Step 4: Once small clumps have formed in the mixture, sprinkle the streusel topping over the pizza and slide onto the pizza stone and bake for 1 minute or until the pizza crust is browned, turning it 180° halfway through cooking
