Classic Mojito

Make delicious cocktails in our EK5245 Mixologist Cocktail Making set.

Ingredients

1 lime, juiced
2 pumps of sugar syrup, or 1 tbsp granulated sugar
Small handful of mint leaves
60ml white rum - you can swap this for soda water if you want to make this alcohol free
Dash of soda water, to serve

Method

Step 1: Add the syrup and mint leaves (saving a couple to garnish) to the cocktail shaker and top with ice. Shake well, until the cocktail shaker feels cold
Step 2: Using the Mixologist strainer, strain into cocktail glasses and top with a little bit of soda water
Step 3: Garnish with the leftover mint and serve
