Courgette and Red Pepper Gnocchi:
Easily made in our Marble Collection 4 Piece Pan Set
Ingredients:
500g gnocchi
200g red peppers
200g courgette
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
Method:
Step one: chop your peppers and courgette
Step two: sauté your garlic in the oil and add in red pepper and courgette
Step three: while your vegetables are cooking, boil your gnocchi until the desired texture
Step four: add a tbsp. of pasta water to your veg mix and then add the drained gnocchi
Step five: cook in the pan until the gnocchi is slightly browned, and combined in the veg mix
Step six: garnish with salt and enjoy!
