Slow Cooker Pumpkin Chilli Recipe
Perfect in our EK2842 Chalkboard Slow Cooker
Ingredients
800g chopped tomatoes
800g black beans, drained
200g pumpkin puree
1 white onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp chilli powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp oregano
Method
Step 1: Add all your ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours
Step 2: Add sugar and salt to taste and stir through to ensure everything is well-combined
Step 3: Serve cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips
