Ingredients
5 walnuts, halved
2 handfuls spinach
1 banana
1 tbsp flax seeds
Water or almond milk
Method
Step 1: Chop larger ingredients to help blend
Step 2: Add everything into the Nutripro and top to the max fill mark with water or almond milk
Step 3: Blend until smooth
