  • 4 slices of French bread
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • handful of chopped parsley

Method

  1. Mix the margarine or butter in a bowl with the garlic, parmesan cheese and parsley.
  2. Spread the garlic spread onto one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two of the bread slices onto the omelette maker and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
