Omelette makers aren't just for omelettes! Make this delicious garlic bread in an omelette maker for a perfect side dish to any Italian meal.

INGREDIENTS

4 slices of French bread

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

2 tbsp butter or margarine

handful of chopped parsley

METHOD

Step 1

Mix the margarine or butter in a bowl with the garlic, parmesan cheese and parsley.

Step 2

Spread the garlic spread onto one side of each slice of bread.

Step 3

Place two of the bread slices onto the omelette maker and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
