Grilled Salmon with Rosemary
Delicious cooked in our EK2009 Marblestone Health Grill & Panini MakerIngredients
4 medium sized salmon fillets
2 garlic cloves, minced
2tsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
2tsp fresh lemon juice
2tsp extra-virgin olive oil
¼ tsp salt
Pinch black pepper
Method
Step 1: Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary in a bowl
Step 2: Brush the mixture onto the salmon and leave to marinate for as long as possible
Step 3: Preheat the health grill to 200°C
Step 4: Place the marinated salmon onto the lightly oiled non-stick coated cooking plate
Step 5: Remove from the health grill and arrange on serving plates
Step 6: Season with fresh lemon juice
Note: The salmon will continue to cook even after being removed from the health grill
