Ham, Mushroom, and Ricotta Pizza Recipe

60g mozzarella, torn into small chunks
50g cooked ham, sliced
4 fresh basil leaves
4 tbsp tomato pizza sauce

For the Crema Di Ricotta 4 tbsp ricotta 2 tsp milk Salt and pepper

For the mushrooms 40g wild mushrooms 1tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter Pinch of salt


Step 1: To make the crema di ricotta, stir the milk and ricotta together in a bowl until smooth, then season with salt and pepper
Step 2: To make the mushrooms, toss the mushrooms in olive oil, salt, and pepper, then fry in butter until cooked
Step 3: Roll the pizza dough out into a 12-inch circle and spoon the passata into the middle, then spread across using the back of the spoon
Step 4: Using a teaspoon, add dollops of the crema di ricotta to the base, then scatter the mushrooms, mozzarella, basil, and ham and drizzle olive oil over the top
Step 5: Slide the pizza onto the pizza stone and bake for 1 minute or until the pizza crust is browned, rotating
it 180° halfway through cooking
