Hearty Vegetable Soup Recipe
Delicious made in one of our Soup Makers
300g butter beans, cooked and drained
600ml vegetable stock
1 celery stick, chopped
1 medium onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 medium potato, peeled and chopped
1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
¼ head savoy cabbage
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Step 1: Add the olive oil to the jug to prevent the ingredients from sticking, then add all the ingredients into the soup maker.
Step 2: Stir all the ingredients together to ensure they are combined, then select the 'Chunky' soup function.
Step 3: Allow the cycle to complete.
Step 4: Once the soup maker cycle is finished - if you prefer a smoother soup select the 'blend' function until the desired consistency is reached. Once the soup is to your liking, serve warm with crusty bread.
