Homemade Strawberry Jam Recipe

Ingredients

1kg strawberries
750g jam sugar
1 lemon, juiced

Method

Step 1: Hull the strawberries, then mix them together with the sugar
Step 2: Pour the strawberries into a pan and add the lemon juice
Step 3: Place the pan over a low heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved, then turn up the heat to get the jam to 105°C
Step 4: Put the jam in sterilised jars and seal with the lid
