Jammy Raspberry and White Chocolate Flapjacks Recipe

Easily made in our BW02780GAS Non-Stick Carbon Steel Baking Tray

Ingredients

For the flapjackraspberry-bars.jpg

200g light soft brown sugar
200g unsalted butter
200g golden syrup
400g porridge oats
200g raspberry jam

For the topping

350g white chocolate, melted
16 tsp raspberry jam

Method

Step 1: Melt sugar, butter and golden syrup in a pan on low heat
Step 2: Once combined, pour onto porridge oats and mix
Step 3: Add half of the oat mixture to a baking tray and press down
Step 4: Add strawberry jam on top of the oats and spread out
Step 5: Add the second half of the oat mixture
Step 6: Bake at 160 C for 20-25 minutes
Step 7: Leave to cool
Step 8: Add melted chocolate on top and add raspberry jam
Step 9: Swirl the jam into the chocolate
Step 10: Refrigerate for 1 hour
