Lamb Cutlets with Garlic and Rosemary Recipe

Ingredients

4 lamb cutlets
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
1 tbsp olive oil 

Method

Step 1: Plug in and switch on the air fryer oven at the mains power supply. Set the temperature to 230°C.
Step 2: Turn the function selector dial to ‘air fry’ and preheat for 5 minutes.
Step 3: To create the marinade, combine the garlic, rosemary, and olive oil in a large bowl.
Step 4: Dip the lamb cutlets into the marinade and coat generously.
Step 5: Using heat-resistant oven gloves, place the lamb cutlets into the air fryer basket and shut the door.
Step 6: Cook for 10 – 15 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Check the lamb periodically during cooking.
