Lightly fried lamb chops with rosemary and garlic recipe


3 lamb rib chops
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
½ tsp dried crushed red pepper


Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the garlic, rosemary, and crushed red pepper, then rub about ¼ tsp of the mixture over both sides of each lamb chop.
Step 2: Sprinkle the lamb chops with salt and cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
Step 3: Place the lamb chops in a 200
°C air fryer and cook for approximately 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
