Mini Egg Cornflake Cakes Recipe

Easily made in our in Marble Collection Muffin Baking Pan 

Ingredients

50g butter
100g milk or dark chocolate, broken into chunks
3 tbsp golden syrup
100g cornflakes

Method

Step one: place butter, milk or dark chocolate into a saucepan, with 3 tbsp of golden syrup
Step two: melt the butter, milk, chocolate and golden syrup over a low heat
Step three: mix in the cornflakes to the melted chocolate
Step four: spoon into cupcake cups and place in the fridge to set
