500ml red wine
3-4tbsp sugar
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves
1/2 mixed spice


Step 1: Add the wine to a saucepan on medium heat
Step 2: Add the spices and sugar and reduce to the lowest heat, allow the wine and spices to infuse for 30-40 mins
Step 3:  Leave the wine to cool for at least 30 minutes once reduced, then pour into an ice cube tray
Step 4:  Freeze overnight or until you’re ready to serve, then blend all the ice cubes in the Mixologist until smooth
Step 5:  Garnish with dehydrated fruits & a cinnamon stick
