One Pot Cajun Alfredo Pasta Recipe

Cooked to perfection in our BW02986G Marble Collection Pans




250g sausage
705ml chicken stock
500g linguine
500ml double cream
200g parmesan
150g cooked king prawns
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 white onion, diced
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 ½ tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp butter



Step 1: In a large saucepan, heat up the vegetable oil and butter and once the butter is melted, add the cut-up sausages, sliced peppers, and diced onions, then cook until the sausage meat is browned
Step 2: Add the garlic, dried parsley, Cajun seasoning, paprika, black pepper and salt and stir well, then add the chicken stock and linguine and cook for 6-8 minutes on a medium heat
Step 3: Add the double cream and cooked prawns and stir until well-combined and creamy, then add the parmesan and serve
