One Pan Spicy Meatballs Recipe

Cooked to perfection in our BW02986G Marble Collection Pans



For the meatballs
250g beef mince
250g pork mince
1 tbsp onion powder
1 beef Oxo cube
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp garlic granules
A pinch of salt and pepper

For the sauce
200ml chicken stock
400g chopped tomatoes
1 white onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 small red chilli, finely chopped
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp tomato puree

1 tbsp sugar


Step 1: Add the beef and pork mince to a large bowl and add the onion powder, Oxo cube, chilli powder, oregano, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper and knead to combine
Step 2: Roll the meat into small balls
Step 3: Heat up a tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan and once hot, add the meatballs to the pan to brown on all sides
Step 4: Remove the meatballs from the pan and add the onions, garlic cloves, and chilli to the pan and cook until the onions are translucent
Step 5: Once translucent, add the oregano, basil, smoked paprika, and tomato puree and combine
Step 6: Add the chopped tomatoes, sugar, and chicken stock to the pan and leave to simmer until thickened
Step 7: Once thickened, add the meatballs to the sauce and serve with spaghetti
