One Pot Jambalaya Recipe

Cooked to perfection in our BW02986G Marble Collection Pans



2 chicken breasts, diced
1 onion, diced
1 red pepper, sliced
75g chorizo
350ml chicken stock
1 tin plum tomatoes
250g long grain rice
300g uncooked prawns
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning


Step 1: In a large wok heat up the olive oil, then add the diced chicken breast to the pan to cook
Step 2: When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pan and fry off the diced onion until it is translucent
Step 3: Add the red pepper, garlic, chorizo, and Cajun seasoning to the pan and stir to combine
Step 4: Add the cooked chicken back to the pan, then add the chicken stock, plum tomatoes, and long grain rice
Step 5: Stir through, then add the uncooked prawns and cover the pan to simmer for 20-25 minutes until the rice is cooked, then serve
