Air Fryer Breaded Fish Fillets Recipe

Ingredients
- 100 g cod fillets
- 40 g breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and peper, to taste
Method
- Add the flour to a bowl and coat the cod fillets.
- In another bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, basil, salt and pepper
- Dip the fillets in the beaten egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray the fish with oil on all sides, then place in a air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
