Air Fryer Onion Bhajis Recipe

Ingredients
ONION BHAJIS
- 2 large white onions
- 100 g gram flour
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp hot chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 90 ml water
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cucumber, finely chopped
- coriander leaves to taste
DIP
- 100 g yoghurt
Method
- Slice the onions and mix in a bowl with all the dry ingredients.
- slowly add the water to mix to form a batter, add extra drops of water if it feels to thick.
- Add a little bit of oil to the air fryer and spoon the mixture in.
- Air fry at 190 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, mix the yogurt, cucumber and coriander in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
