Perfect in our EK5196GW Dual View Air Fryer


2 large white onions  
100g of gram flour  
½ tsp of turmeric  
½ hot chilli powder  
¼ tsp garam masala  
¼ tsp baking powder  
90 ml of water 
Salt to taste 

For the dip
100g of yogurt 
Roughly ¼ of a cucumber, diced  
Coriander to taste  


Step 1: Slice the onions and mix in a bowl with all the dry ingredients, slowly add the water to mix to form a batter, slowly add drops of water if it feels to thick.  
Step 2: Add a little bit of oil to the air fryer and spoon the mixture in.  
Step 3: Air fry at 190 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.  
Step 4: Meanwhile, mix the yogurt, cucumber and coriander in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
