Air Fryer Onion Bhajis Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Onion Bhajis
2 large white onions
100g gram flour
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp hot chilli powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
90ml water
salt to taste
1/4 cucumber, finely chopped
coriander leaves to taste
Dip
100g yoghurt
METHOD
Step 1
Slice the onions and mix in a bowl with all the dry ingredients.
Step 2
slowly add the water to mix to form a batter, add extra drops of water if it feels to thick.
Step 3
Add a little bit of oil to the air fryer and spoon the mixture in.
Step 4
Air fry at 190 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Step 5
Meanwhile, mix the yogurt, cucumber and coriander in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
