Cajun Prawn Salad Recipe

Perfect in our EK4366 Cosmos Health Grill
Ingredients
8 prawns (washed & deveined)
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Zest & juice of 1/2 a lime
1/2 mango cut into cubes
1 medium tomato
1/2 avocado
1/2 romaine lettuce
Salad dressing
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 minced garlic clove
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Small bunch of coriander
Salt
Method
Step 1: Mix together the prawns, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, lime zest & lime juice. Marinade in the fridge whilst you prepare the salad & dressing.
Step 2: Add all dressing ingredients to a jar and give it a good shake making sure all ingredients are combined well
Step 3: Prep & assemble the salad
Step 4: Using the Salter health grill. Heat until light turns green. Place prawns on the grill and close the lid. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until prawns are fully cooked.
Step 5: Add prawns to the salad and pour over the salad dressing
